Columbus bioidentical hormones expert, Roger Garcia, D.O. believes that
one of the universal truths is that mankind is born to enjoy the
blessings of a long life and good health. However, a lifetime of poor
personal choices, poor diet, lack of exercise, and stress is a proven
recipe for chronic disease, disability, and a premature death. The
enjoyment of life, especially in the second half of life, will be

fitness, stress reduction, and hormonal balance. Dr. Roger Garcia

of age-related decline.
Dr. Garcia is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine
(A4M) and is an Advanced Fellow in the Fellowship for Anti-Aging,
Regenerative and Functional Medicine. Dr. Roger Garcia graduated from
the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1983 and is an
assistant professor of emergency medicine and Director of the Emergency
Department at Bellevue Hospital. He is president of Great Lakes
Emergency Physicians, Inc., an ER and Urgent Care development company.
Dr. Garcia has obtained board certifications in Anti -Aging medicine,
family medicine, emergency medicine and as an Independent Medical
Examiner. He completed his Fellowship in Functional and Regenerative
Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and is a
Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine and the American
College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians. In addition, Dr. Garcia
holds a legal degree from Capital University Law School, class of 1996.
